3 Lecture Hour(s) 0 Lab Hour(s) This course introduces various experimental designs to analyze data for research projects, process improvements, human factors studies and surveys. Designs covered include complete and incomplete randomized designs, Latin squares and factorial designs. Suitable laboratory apparatus is used to study the effect of design parameters on selected responses. Statistical software is utilized to analyze results. Parametric statistics such as analysis of variance are introduced.
