3 Lecture Hour(s) 0 Lab Hour(s) This course introduces various types of automatic sprinklers, standpipes and fire alarm systems. Topics include wet or dry systems, testing and maintenance, water supply requirements, fire detection and alarm systems and other related topics. Upon completion, students should be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of various sprinkler and alarm systems and required inspection and maintenance.
