3 Lecture Hour(s) 0 Lab Hour(s) This course surveys the problem of economic growth and development in modern times and analyzes the present efforts to increase the rate of economic growth. Selected case studies will be drawn from both highly developed nations and lesser developed nations. Special emphasis will be given to the disproportionate growth in sectors of the United States’ economy.
