0 Lecture Hour(s) 6 Lab Hour(s) This is a laboratory course that introduces the basic principles, technologies, and instrumentation of current biochemical research. Students will acquire practical experiences, and application skills for the isolation and characterization of biomolecules. The course will encompass spectroscopic, chromatographic, electrophoretic, and recombinant DNA technologies. Error analysis and statistical analysis of experimental data will be included.
