1 Lecture Hour(s) 4 Lab Hour(s) This course is an introduction to engineering project management, with particular emphasis placed on the project planning and control of the engineered design project and systems including buildings and other engineered structures. Topics covered include, project planning, control, resource leveling and optimization. Manual and automated methods will be addressed.
