4 Lecture Hour(s) 0 Lab Hour(s) This course is an introduction to the cellular and molecular aspects of cancer biology in humans. This course will integrate basic scientific findings with clinical situations, emphasizing the importance of basic research in understanding and combating cancer. Laboratory exercises will provide an introduction to classical and innovative cell signaling techniques. In addition to wet-lab exercises, novel case studies will be incorporated in order to strengthen critical thinking skills.
