0 Lecture Hour(s) 6 Lab Hour(s) This course prompts the interaction between text and images which are the fundamental components of visual design. The course exposes students to contemporary design issues, visual design terminology, and history. The course also expands the student’s proficiency in all aspects of the design process, i.e., conceptualizing, critiques, the application of formal art elements and principles, creative brainstorming, and presentation.
