2 Lecture Hour(s) 2 Lab Hour(s) This course equips students with the skills to establish and develop design concepts for architectural building projects. This initial course focuses on theoretical foundations, while the subsequent course emphasizes practical applications during the Schematic Design phase. Students will gain a comprehensive understanding of spatial functions and composition through hands-on activities, including site and user analysis, formulation of design problem statements, and the development of design concepts. They will learn to create bubble diagrams, analyze spatial relationships, and plan spatial organization and circulation effectively.
