3 Lecture Hour(s) 0 Lab Hour(s) This course combines the basic study of building lighting and electrical distribution systems. Key topics include light sources, lighting design using the lumen method, energy efficiency and economics, basic electric circuits, single- and three-phase power, panel boards, circuit design and protection case of residential buildings, load calculations, and voltage drop. Through this course, students will develop a comprehensive understanding of both lighting and electrical systems in a building context.
