3 Lecture Hour(s) 0 Lab Hour(s) This course is designed for agricultural students to develop their soft skills or employability skills for the agricultural workforce. Soft skills are grouped into six categories with multiple student-centered activities that are creative, hands-on and reflect universal design for learning principles. The six sot skills categories include the following: Communication, Enthusiasm and Attitude, Teamwork, Networking, Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking, and Professionalism.
