3 Lecture Hour(s) 0 Lab Hour(s) This course provides the students with the theory and core methodology to manage projects or participate on project teams including techniques and methods to break down the chaos of an overwhelming workload into manageable elements- scope, time, cost, quality, human resources, communication, risk, procurement, and integration, and to effectively manage their time by identifying goals, creating daily plans and recognizing obstacles.
