Studies of team building fundamentals, roles and responsibilities of the Air Force supervisor, officer professional development, and advanced topics on Military Ethics and communication skills applications are covered. Case studies are used to examine Air Force leadership and management situations as a means of demonstrating and exercising practical applications of the concepts being studied.
