Blueprint Reading for Welding

Catalog description

Students will learn to interpret welding blueprints, technical drawings, and industry-standard welding symbols. The course covers reading dimensions, tolerances, joint types, weld locations, and sequence. Emphasis is placed on applying this knowledge to real-world fabrication projects and shop layouts, building essential communication skills between design and production teams. Lecture 2 hours per week.
