Catalog description

The basic elements of engineering graphics communication are covered in this course with the emphasis on preparation and use of detail and assembly drawings and application of geometric tolerancing (ANSI Y14.5). Interpretation of engineering drawings, representation of threads and fasteners, and assembly drawings using Autodesk Fusion 360 will be included. 27.00 hours lecture and 81.00 hours laboratory. (Letter grade or Pass/No Pass option)
