Exterior Metal Frame

Catalog description

Presents advanced lathing methods and application techniques for lath and trim products used on exterior metal framing. Metal framing elements, various bead styles, lathing types, and substrates will be analyzed in both discussions and lab activities. Proper leveling and finishing methods will be demonstrated. Students will apply lath and trim using the techniques presented to complete course projects. 20.00 hours lecture and 21.00 hours laboratory. (Letter grade or Pass/No Pass option)
