Advanced study of architectural detailing and construction methods, including the preparation of working drawings. Other topics include the development of construction documents, study of the Uniform Building Code, and practice from site selection to completion using advanced Computer Aided Design tools (CAD-Revit II). A completed portfolio is a requirement of the course. 27.00 hours lecture and 90.00 hours laboratory. (Letter grade or Pass/No Pass option)
