Catalog description

Phlebotomy 1 introduces the learner to basic laboratory skills including infection control, OSHA regulations, ergonomics, laboratory safety and non-blood specimen collection. The learner will have training in the collection of blood specimens by capillary, venipuncture, and arterial puncture.
