Fire Extinguisher Training for Workplace

Catalog description

This course prepares the individual to use portable fire extinguishers in compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 29CFR 1910.157. Skills include learning the various classes of fire; classification of different types of fire extinguishers and their extinguishing agents; and identifying the properties and hazards of fire. The participant will then practice these skills in either a controlled live fire evolution or a simulated fire evolutions.
