Inside Leadership Module 3: What and how to communicate. Participants will learn why communication is an essential leadership skill, examine communication barriers, define what needs to be communicated and when, take ten check in, adopt an attitude of empathy, using behavioral rather than judgmental language, exhibit proficiency in active listening skills, and demonstrate the ability to diffuse emotional situations.
