This course is designed for those interested in starting their own business or improving a recent start up as either the primary source of income or simply generating additional income. The focus is on for-profit businesses, but many of the same concepts apply to non-profit activity. This is an introductory level course that exposes you to the key variables to evaluate, initiate and manage a business.
