Catalog description
A writing course focusing on the student production of creative, imaginative fiction. The focus of this course will be on short stories (5-15 pages, on average). Students will learn narrative structure through the reading of classic and contemporary fiction, and via the workshopping of created works in the classroom. This course will not fulfill the FCWR 300-level Professional Communication core requirement. Prerequisite Course(s): Prerequisites: FCWR 151 or FCWR 161 Classroom Hours - Laboratory and/or Studio Hours – Course Credits: 3-0-3
