Catalog description

A writing course for students of English as a second language. Instruction in and application of the principles and skills involved in effective expository writing, with attention placed on vocabulary, idiom, sentence structure, and general fluency. In lieu of College Composition I for ESL students. Coursework includes the creating of a portfolio and a computer lab component. Prerequisite Course(s): Prerequisite: WRIT 110 Classroom Hours - Laboratory and/or Studio Hours – Course Credits: 3-0-3
