Clinical Clerkship: Ehlers Danlos Syndrome/Hypermobility Elective

Catalog description

This four-week clerkship provides students with opportunities to diagnose and treat patients with the connective tissue disorder known as Ehlers Danlos. The role of the physician in working with these patients both in the office and via telehealth will be emphasized to provide care specific to the disorder and comorbid conditions. The student will also write up a case report suitable for publication during the elective.
