Catalog description

During this course students will explore theoretical frameworks of teaching, the establishing of patient rapport, history taking, physical exam, and clinical reasoning to educate medical students. Students will participate in supervised teaching of small group learning activities. The skills taught in this course will serve as a bridge between didactic educational approaches and techniques. The course will teach students how to develop skills in small group facilitation and debriefing osteopathic medical students.
