Catalog description
This course introduces the knowledge and skills required to manage a project, leveraging industry-standard software, Microsoft Project (MSP). It covers defining, planning, scheduling, controlling, and delivering projects using a blend of traditional and AI-enhanced methodologies. Students gain theoretical knowledge aligned with the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) and practical skills using MSP through real-life examples. The goal is to equip students with the ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and scope, achieving project objectives. Prerequisite Course(s): Prerequisites: QANT 510 or a waiver.
