The Internet raises a multitude of legal issues in many areas. Among the issues covered in this course are privacy, electronic contracts, trademarks and domain names, content protection, jurisdiction, regulation, criminal and civil liability, and cyber crime. Prerequisite Course(s): Prerequisite: LLAW 110 and PHIL 220 or enrolled in the BS.ITECH program. Classroom Hours - Laboratory and/or Studio Hours – Course Credits: 3-0-3
