Catalog description
Design of central energy plants for heating and cooling. Steam, low-temperature, medium-temperature and high-temperature water systems arranged for maximum utilization of input fuel energy by salvaging by-product or waste heat from the generating process. Integration of design of the project’s electrical and thermal requirements with the energy plant for optimum thermodynamic, economic, and environmental benefit. The basic components of the total energy plant are prime movers; generators; waste heat recovery system; control systems; connections to central energy plant mechanical and electrical services.
