Catalog description

Mathematical modeling and analysis of lumped dynamic systems with mechanical elements. Topics: time domain solutions (with emphasis on one- and multi-degree-of-freedom vibration problems including free and forced vibrations), computer simulation, block diagram representation, numerical methods and frequency domain solutions. Prerequisite Course(s): Prerequisite: MENG 201 or CSCI 125, MENG 212, MATH 320 Classroom Hours - Laboratory and/or Studio Hours – Course Credits: 3-0-3
