Catalog description

This course provides an introduction to computer programming and develops skills in problem solving, algorithm development, and programming using software such as MATLAB. Topics include data types and storage, expressions and statements, program flow control, arrays, and functions. Matrix and vector operations are also introduced. Prerequisite Course(s): Coerequisites: MATH 161 or MATH 170 Classroom Hours - Laboratory and/or Studio Hours – Course Credits: 3-1-3
