Catalog description

This course examines advanced applications of artificial intelligence in finance through hands-on implementation. Students learn to build and deploy machine learning models for credit risk assessment, fraud detection, sentiment analysis, and regulatory compliance in finance. The course also emphasizes practical coding skills, model evaluation, and ethical AI considerations in financial contexts. Prerequisite Course(s): Prerequisites: FINC 201, QANT 201, BUSA 301, BUSA 315 Classroom Hours - Laboratory and/or Studio Hours – Course Credits: 3-0-3
