This course focuses on corporate financial decisions and policy, emphasizing the use of AI to extract data and enhance financial analysis. Topics include capital budgeting and financing decisions, cost of capital, capital structure with risk, corporate restructuring, lease versus buy analysis, and real options. Students will utilize AI tools to analyze real-world financial data and gain practical experience in advanced financial analysis.
