Catalog description

Course will address the operational knowledge and skills needed for safe and effective patient care within the paramedic’s scope of practice. Content areas include: research, illness and injury prevention, medical-legal-ethical issues, medical terminology, ambulance operations, and incident command rescue operations. Prerequisite Course(s): Course is limited to students in the Paramedic program. Register for five courses at once: EMSP 241, 242, 243, 244, 245.
