Catalog description
Demonstrate critical thinking in the application of fundamental knowledge of emergency pharmacology, patient assessment, airway management, shock and resuscitation, medical emergencies, trauma, special populations, and Emergency Medical Services operations. Demonstrate proficiency in the associated psychomotor skills related to these topics. Prerequisite Course(s): Course is limited to students in the Emergency Medical Technician program.
