Catalog description
Teacher candidates develop the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively plan, implement, and assess instruction in secondary education settings. Through a combination of theoretical study, examination of instructional design models, practical applications, and hands-on experiences, candidates explore curriculum development, instructional strategies, and assessment techniques tailored to the needs of adolescent learners. Candidates also learn how to integrate educational technology in their instructional practices to enhance and enrich their lessons. Classroom Hours - Laboratory and/or Studio Hours – Course Credits: 3-0-3
