This course is an exploration of the global aspects of training. The course is designed for candidates who are: currently in the international field who want to broaden their understanding; seeking a career field, and want to consider international work; employed by international organizations and agencies, but seek a broader view in training and development with a global perspective; and others who are interested in any aspect of training programs outside the U.S.
