Candidates will be introduced to ways online collaboration can empower organizations and positively impact training delivery modes and outcomes. Candidates will explore, customize and implement cloud applications for organizations of any size. Projects include the use of virtual messaging and collaboration tools and applications. Candidates will also design and apply the blogs, wikis, discussion forums and web albums within collaborative learning spaces for effective training approaches.
