Catalog description

Candidates will apply concepts, theories and techniques to design and develop mobile learning environments. The course includes four unites: (1) survey of current mobile learning technologies, (2) examining the connection to learning theories and the theoretical foundation of ubiquitous learning, (3) exploring the interface design considerations of mobile training modules, and (4) design a mobile device based training module. Candidates will apply the instructional design process to plan, design, develop, implement and evaluate a complete mobile-based instruction that maximizes teaching and learning. Prerequisite Course(s): Prerequisite: EDTR 668
