Catalog description

This course provides an overview as well as hands-on exploration and application of social media tools. Candidates investigate the advantages of new social learning and management of social media for effective implementation in training. Particular focus will be on training delivery, cooperative learning facilitation, and the extension of training experiences for organizations beyond the traditional methods.
