Catalog description

Clinical Sciences II, the second in a series of courses, expands and enhances training (lecture/laboratory) in the clinical skills of patient interviewing and history taking, psychosocial interaction, physical diagnosis, and osteopathic manipulative medicine (OMM). Structured learning activities include clinical case scenarios represented by simulated- and robotic-patients, (Institute for Clinical Competency (ICC) and actual-patients (Clinical Practicum). Hands-on practice is an essential component of this course.
