Catalog description

The course covers structured programming in a high level language such as C++ or Java. Topics include simple data types, expressions, statements, control statements and looping expressions, statements, control statements and looping techniques. Elements of object oriented programming will be introduced by use of predefined objects. Debugging with an IDE introduced. Prerequisite Course(s): Prerequisite: MATH 135 or MATH 141 or MATH 161 or MATH 170. Classroom Hours - Laboratory and/or Studio Hours – Course Credits: 3-0-3
