Catalog description

Formal approach to techniques of software design, development, testing and management. Design techniques considered include formal models of structured programming, stepwise refinement, segmentation, top-down design, data abstraction, information hiding and object-oriented development. A modern programming language will be used. Prerequisite Course(s): Corequisite: CSCI 260 Classroom Hours - Laboratory and/or Studio Hours – Course Credits: 3-0-3
