Catalog description
This course provides students with an introduction to discrete structures with applications to computing problems. Topics include logic, sets, functions, relations, proof techniques, counting and algorithmic analysis in addition to graph theory and trees. Prerequisite Course(s): Prerequisite: Take CSCI 185 and one course in this group: MATH 161 or MATH 170 Classroom Hours - Laboratory and/or Studio Hours – Course Credits: 3-0-3
