The essentials of personnel management and fundamentals of supervision and leadership as applied to the administration of police organizations. The course will examine such issues as decision making processes, leadership styles, budgetary and union problems, motivation, discipline, public policy, performance measurement, and organizational development. Prerequisite Course(s): Prerequisite: CRIM 101 Classroom Hours - Laboratory and/or Studio Hours – Course Credits: 3-0-3
