Catalog description

In this course you will learn how to obtain information necessary to identify nutrition-related problems using the four steps of the Nutrition Care Process (NCP): 1) nutrition assessment, 2) nutrition diagnosis, 3) nutrition intervention, and 4) nutrition monitoring and evaluation. Each domain of nutrition assessment will be covered including: food/nutrition-related history, anthropometric measurements, biochemical data, medical test and procedures, nutrition-focused physical findings and client history.
