Scientific Reading and Writing

Catalog description

This course is designed to introduce students to the scholarly evaluation and production of chemistry research manuscripts. A combination of lectures, readings, and written assignments will stimulate the students’ critical thinking about how to evaluate and produce research literature and begin to teach reading and writing skills. Prerequisite Course(s): Limited to students in the Chemistry PhD program.
