Catalog description

This course covers hydrologic techniques such as surface and ground water yield, hydrograph analysis and routing (detention, reservoir) analyses, probabilistic methods related to hydrologic studies, the methods of developing water supplies under normal and extreme (i.e., droughts, floods) conditions. Water quality issues, testing and standards, water and wastewater treatment are also to be discussed. Prerequisite Course(s): Prerequisites: CENG 260 Corequisites: CENG 301 Classroom Hours - Laboratory and/or Studio Hours – Course Credits: 3-0-3
