Catalog description
This course introduces students to character-driven storytelling and expressive figure drawing for 2D animation. Students will develop their ability to capture gesture, movement, and emotion while creating engaging characters for animation. The course also introduces AI-assisted reference generation tools for character exploration and iterative design. Prerequisite Course(s): Prerequisites: ARTW 151 Classroom Hours - Laboratory and/or Studio Hours – Course Credits: 1-2-3
