This course offers a unique and immersive exploration of global leadership through the lens of both theory and practice. Designed to equip students with the tools and frameworks needed for effective leadership in an interconnected world, the course covers leadership models across diverse cultures, sectors, and disciplines. Students will critically engage with leadership theories, apply them to contemporary global challenges, and develop the skills necessary to lead ethically and effectively. Students will also have the chance to deepen their learning through an optional field-intensive experience.
