This course explores in-depth the numerous facets of new venture creation and growth and to foster innovation in real estate development projects. The emphasis is on bridging theory and practice to learn how to transform ideas into action. Specifically, this course analyzes the unique financial, legal, political, and organizational issues associated with entrepreneurial real estate development.
