Catalog description

This course will address the spatial needs of a development, what developers need to build or readapt in order to attract tenants to a building and the site requirements and community benefits or amenities that may have to be incorporated into a project. Real Estate developers need to understand how space is used, designed and fits in the city. In order to meet user demand spaces and buildings must be designed for how people live, work and recreate today. This course covers the many options open in how developers create new buildings and spaces.
